The massively popular table card game of Blackjack has been under a lot of pressure over the past two years in the southern state of Florida. This is mainly because of the fact that the Florida Government and the Seminole Tribe of Florida cannot come to a proper deal that would allow the Seminole Tribe to own and operate the massively popular table card game of Blackjack within the walls of their seven brick and mortar casinos in the southern portion of Florida. While this deal has taken a while to be drafted, many people within the expansive nature of the Blackjack community are saying that something should be done in a quicker fashion. This is mainly because of the fact that the state of Florida is missing out on a lot of potential gambling revenue by not allowing the game of Blackjack to be offered at their casinos.
On the other side of things, it is possible that the National Indian Gaming Commission will intervene with regards to the manner. Officials on a Federal level might, as some legislators have hinted, order the Seminole Tribe of Florida brick and mortar casinos to stop offering the game of Blackjack, a game many claim was never legalized in the state in the first place. The casinos might also be allowed to continue playing slots, without sharing its profits with the state. This long road to Blackjack be just be getting a little longer if the most recent deal does not spark any interest.
