Within the world of the massively popular table card game, there are people that are always going to be looking for the right kind of way to engage in a series of hands for the purpose of trying to win as much big money as possible. While it is true that the game of Blackjack is one of the best games to play in terms of the way that the odds interact with the players, it is also true that it is one of the hardest games to win on a consistent basis because of the fact that the odds in most variations are tailored to fit the casinos, and sometimes to unfair levels.
In addition to plain strategy, there are some people in the game that use books and resources for the purpose of making the most out their strategy. One book, “How To Beat Casino Surveillance” is a good example of a solid Blackjack resource. Along with all that is a detailed look at the state of surveillance in twenty five Las Vegas casinos. Authro, DeCarlo, looks at strengths and weaknesses in the pit as well as in the eye in the sky. Worth a chuckle was his description of one Las Vegas Strip casino known for hiring older surveillance veterans, with the note that with age comes experience, but experience is valuable only if the person is awake to use it. This is the kind of book that is meant for advanced players. If you are an average player looking for a good time, this book is not for you. For the serious advantage player, it's worth the hefty price to download. Your bankroll will thank you.
